Absolutely Perfect day and BAND!!!!!!!!!
These guys!! Absolutely incredible from start to finish! From chatting with them on the phone and ending up talking about anything and anything which made me feel at ease from the first moment, to going up to the room where our reception was to find them all set up and ready to go and finally their performance was superb, absolutely perfect! They made the best of day of our lives even better!! Everyone has commented on how good you were and I wouldnt think twice about booking you again for any other event!! WE LOVE YOU GUYS!! Best band ever - recommend highly
Hired Hipster for our wedding as we are really into our music and it was something very important to us. Hipster were absolutely incredible and every guest commented on how good they were. I would recommend to anyone, they really did make the night perfect! -
Unbelievably good - best wedding band ever
If you are thinking of getting a band for any big occasion then you will not find a better one than Hipster. They made our day so special and so memorable and literally kept the dance floor packed all evening. They were so tight as a band, and Joe’s lead vocals were incredible. So glad we found you guys! Hipster - you were brilliant !
Can’t praise this band highly enough. Arrived on time and set up without anybody really noticing until they began testing the equipment and we got a taster of how great they were! Provided DJ service too which was excellent. Band got everyone in the party mood and played songs for all tastes. Everyone and I mean everyone commented how fantastic they sounded first class sound with very talented and brilliant band members. THANK YOU from everyone at Jess and Brett’s Wedding -
Incredible, the best night made by the band!
The band were amazing and so lovely! They got everyone up and dancing the whole night and no one wanted them to stop playing. They also went to so much effort to download or first song music even though they didn’t play it. Incredible band!!! -
Absolutely perfect - exactly what we wanted!
The band arrived in good time, set up efficiently and had an extended sound check. The meal over ran but the band understood and were most accommodating. The moment they began to play the dancefloor quickly became packed and remained so for the duration of their set. All seven musicians were charming - polite and cooperative. Couldn't have been better! -
Hugely talented and charismatic group of guys!
My husband and I knew that music was going to be really important in our wedding. We were really pleased to find Hipster, as they seemed very unique, genuine and professional. Shortly before the wedding we were disappointed to find Joey had sadly become ill and was unable to perform with the band. However, they handled it with complete professionalism and their long-term friend and band mate Jim stepped up, and was fantastic. The whole band performed seamlessly. They have such charisma and were so approachable on the day. We didn't have to worry about a thing, they even adjusted the sets to suit the sunny weather, performing a longer second set after people had enjoyed the earlier sunshine. The performances were fantastic and they all did such a great job at getting people up and dancing. They even did well with the less than ideal decibel limiter that the venue had. The guys were so easy to talk to and couldn't have done more for us on the day. We highly recommend Hipster as a lovely group of guys with such talent and a brilliant ability to get the dance floor going. Thank you!! -
What a wedding!
Hipster were very professional from our first contact with them, agreeing our song choices and making sure everything was as we wanted on the day. The dance floor was packed for most of the evening, some of the guests are known for never getting up to dance, but Hipster were so good that they were up boogieing along too! Thank you for bringing the party vibe to our wedding, we had a great time. -
HIPSTER made the day special!
My partner and I got married last Saturday in my parents garden. We searched the internet for a a band that we thought would blow everybody away. After listening to lots of bands across different platforms we came across Hipster. As soon as we started listening to them we knew they’ve were the band we wanted. The big day rolled around and they did not disappoint, they arrived in good time. Set up was seamless. They were very polite and well presented. Then they performed! I have had messages from most of the guests saying they were the best band they have ever heard at a wedding. One of my mates who is a full time DJ asked me outside what time the band were playing, I said they are playing! He thought it was a CD! That’s how good they sounded! I could not recommend them enough! Thanks Joe and the rest of the band, you helped make our day, Perfect! -
Exceeded our high expectations
Thank you to the Hipster boys, what can we say, you smashed it! We can’t thank you enough for agreeing to come down to Devon to play at our wedding reception. We were rocking out all night and the dance floor was full. Not only did we love their laid back and nothing is too much trouble attitude, they even regularly came up to us ( bride and groom) to ask if we were ok, needed anything and just checking that we were happy...which of course we were. The guys were the first thing we booked for the wedding and the main thing we will remember from our day. We hope they enjoyed it as much as we did! Beccy & Rich
