When arranging an event for 200+, it is very hard to cater to everyone’s tastes, but HIPSTER were professional and judging by the reactions on the evening by our diners they were the best we have booked! -

Dear Richard and the band, We just wanted to drop you a note to formally say thanks for playing our wedding at Elms Barn on Saturday, September 18. Apologies we are a few weeks late, we have only just returned from our honeymoon. In a word, you guys were awesome and exactly what we were looking for in our evening band. We thought your setlist choices were excellent and felt really tailored towards the music we are into. The number of people on the dancefloor was testament to the fact that we weren't the only ones enjoying your selection. We have so many great memories and hundreds of great pictures of people dancing with big fat smiles on their faces. Thanks are also due for sorting out the last two songs which followed your set. My husband and I got married at a beautiful art deco hotel in Devon and knew that we needed a fantastic band to complement the venue. Hipster were recommended to us by a friend and all we can say is that they were AMAZING! They had everyone up and dancing and it was like having the real Kings of Leon there when they played Sex on Fire! I did not stop dancing all night which my feet paid the price for the next morning! Everyone commented on how brilliant they were and I would throughly recommend them, we were really impressed! I know my Mum will be in touch for a band for her 60th birthday as she is now officially a Hipster groupie! We were also really impressed with the Alive Network Agency for all their help and advice before the wedding - they were extremely professional and were always there on the end of the phone if we needed them. Hipster are an amazingly talented and professional band who impressed us from start to finish. Whether they were playing live covers or just DJing the dance floor was full. All guests commented on how having them at our wedding made it a night to remember. If you are looking to have loads of fun and dancing along with a party atmosphere at your wedding, we would definately highly recommend you should book Hipster! We had a perfect wedding day, and the perfect wedding band. Hipster were quite frankly amazing! Every single guest has asked where and how we found them, and has said that Hipster were the best wedding band they have ever seen. Numerous of our guests have said they have never been to a wedding where the dancefloor was packed for so much of the night. The youngest and oldest guests alike loved the band, and more importantly, so did we. Thank you Hipster for helping make our big night truly brilliant. Alive Network were also great and provided the professional service and booking comfort that we needed when we had so many other things to juggle in preparation for our wedding. To all involved, thanks!!

I would like to say a huge thanks to Hipster. They were fantastic last night and everyone loved them. I think they rocked the night away. I hope they enjoyed themselves. Hipster were fantastic on the night. Every single person we have spoken to since that day has commented on how good they were. It really made our wedding. They played a great range of music and the dancefloor was never empty. The whole band were approachable and down to earth. One of our friends asked if he could quickly sing "Summer of '69" with the band playing in the back and they agreed to it no problem. It went down a storm and set up the rest of the night. One comment we got from someone was that it was like being at your favourite bands concert but right in front of them. The band sound so professional I can't believe we were able to hire anyone so good. There was over 200 people at our wedding and alot of them were asking how to book them again. We wish the band all the best in the future and we would definetly recommend them to anyone else! Thank you, Ross and Natasha Hastings
