Martyn, Thank you for your note. It's my first day back at work today and have just received your email. We had a fantastic day and evening and I would like you to pass on our thanks to the guys from Hipster who's performance was nothing nothing short of blistering!! Our only regret was not heeding Jo's advice and having the band finish the evening off. Richard Budding also performed exceedingly well and as difficult a job as it is to match up to Hipster, he did so with gusto. We asked for the best you had and you certainly delivered, everyone we spoke to commented on how good they were and wanted to know how to book them. We thought it would be nice to give you a proper valediction for Hipster because they really helped to make our wedding special. Nearly everyone we have spoken to has commented on how much they enjoyed the band and this was further evidenced by the fact that the dance floor filled immediately when they started playing and never emptied again for a moment. We haven't hesitated to recommend them to several people planning parties and I sincerely hope that they receive some further business as a result.

The band were amazing and all our guests commented on them! I was glad to see everyone danced right up until they finished at 1 am. It was refreshing to hear more up to date songs at a wedding such as The Killers etc!! We may be needing them for the launch of our new office in the summer so I will keep you posted

We have just returned from our honeymoon, and still everyone is talking about our wedding and especially Hipster. Well what can we say. WOW! Hipster were fantastic. They had everyone up dancing from the start, and our guests didn't want them to finish and were crying out for more. Everyone was asking were we had got them from, and couldn't believe the range of music they played. Everyone from young to old was up dancing the whole night. My wedding shoes are a complete wreck, but that just shows I danced my socks off and had a great time. We would definitely recommend Hipster to anyone, and will now be badgering our friends and family to book them for weddings and birthdays in the future. Anything, so we can just see them play again. Thank You for all you help with the booking of Hipster. Our whole day ran so smoothly and Hipster were definitely the ''icing on top of the cake''. Please pass our thanks onto the band.

Hipster were great (you were right!) and we were delighted with their performance. We had loads of comments on how good they were and they certainly kept their promise to keep the dance floor full all night, which can be a tall order with such a mixed groups as ours! "I was the lighting guy on one of your gigs in February this year I just wanted to let you know that I was absolutely knocked out by the band. The guys were fantastic... as I told them, I have been lighting corporate events for over 20 years and they were EASILY the best band I have seen. They had a fantastic set list which they delivered enthusiastically and professionally, they went down a storm, needless to say, but when you have the entire crew commenting on how good the band were... well you know you have something special! Also, they were really easy going at the sound check too which counts for a lot! I am going to do my best to recommend Hipster to all my clients, and hopefully I will get the pleasure of seeing them again soon... Nice one guys.... YOU ROCK!"

Dear Martyn We would like to thank you and everyone at Alive Network for helping to make our wedding day so special. Both bands were perfect. All that Jazz created just the mellow mood we wanted at the champagne reception, and we are so glad we chose the 4-piece band in the end. Thanks for all your help when we were trying to source the jazz band. Hipster was absolutely fantastic. We had a pretty good idea of their style from listening to the play list, but we could never have imagined that they would be so great on the night. Every song sounded like the original, and they really engaged with our guests. We were really determined to dance all night at our wedding, and we wanted to avoid the stereotypical "wedding band" playing predictable music. Hipster certainly helped us to achieve our objective! The dance-floor was rocking, and our guests had a brilliant time. Everyone was raving about Hipster, and asking how we found them/where they were from...they were just superb. The most brilliant thing was our send-off at midnight. It was amazing and totally spontaneous. We were also really impressed with their flexibility on the play lists between sets, and the time they took to understand our requirements. They are also really nice guys! Dear Martyn, Just got back from New York and a cruise in the caribbean to celebrate our silver wedding, had a great time. Just wanted to let you know how fantastic Hipster were. They have been the talk of the party and 2 different couples have asked me for details on how to book Hipster for there wedding so that says it all. All the lads were very friendly and accomodating, having to work around presentations, and when they were on they kept everyone on the dance floor all night. They made our silver wedding celebration very special and we would not hesitate in recommending them and Alive Network. Please give them a big thankyou from us, also thanks Martin for all your help in organising the group. If we ever have another party we would definately use Alive Network again. Carol and Steve Finn

I would just like to say that Hipster were absolutely brilliant at our wedding - I've never been to a wedding where the guests were shouting for an encore from the band before!! The band really were fab, please pass on a big thank you from both of us and especially for playing Coldplay. And thank you to you too for all your help. We couldn't recommend Hipster enough (we're even plugging them to our friends' who've just got engaged!) Thanks again
